Meet Fruits & Veggies – A Bond Like No Other
This beautiful bonded pair, both 5 years old, were recently surrendered to our Assumption Parish location in Louisiana. And while life threw them a curveball, they’ve held onto the one thing that matters most—their love for each other. They’re both extremely shy in new situations and when meeting new people, but trust us—these two are amazing. They lean on each other for comfort and confidence, and it’s truly heart-melting to witness. They’re also friendly with other dogs, which makes them even more special.
✨ Fruits (aka Fruity) is the more reserved of the pair. She takes a little time to warm up, but the second she sees Veggie getting love and belly rubs? She blossoms.
These two would thrive in a calm, country-style home where they can enjoy the peace of nature, the bond they share, and a human who’s patient and kind.
