When a kind-hearted gentleman found himself overwhelmed caring for a growing cat colony while his own health was declining, a Good Samaritan stepped in and asked us for help. Thanks to their compassion, we were able to step in and give these cats a safe future—so their caretaker could move on, knowing they’d be in good hands.
That’s how we met Clementine.
She was about a year old when she arrived, and let’s just say… people were not her thing. She definitely leaned on the feral side of life. But now, after more than a year with us, Clementine has revealed her true self—pure Tortoiseshell sass, aka “tortitude.” She’s not exactly a lap cat, but she knows what she likes and who she tolerates (on her terms, of course).
Clementine will live out her life here in one of our spacious indoor/outdoor catteries, doing her own thing and enjoying the peace she deserves.
She may not be a cuddler, but she’s got a whole lot of character—and we love her just the way she is.
