Meet Droup, a happy-go-lucky goofball who’s full of love and always ready for fun. He gets along great with other dogs and tends to be the more submissive one during play. Think of him like a toddler—always on the go, full of energy, and constantly seeking attention from his people. Droup has no issues with resource guarding, whether it’s with dogs or humans, and he’s just as happy chewing on a bone as he is chasing after a squeaky toy or ball.
He’s fully crate trained, but he truly lights up when he’s out of the crate and surrounded by people. Droup has completed basic obedience training and even knows how to fetch his leash and bring it to you when it’s time for a walk. He’s incredibly loyal and forms strong bonds with his people. On leash, he walks beautifully and is light in hand, although he does have a high prey drive and may pull if he spots something exciting to chase.
While Droup is sweet and loving, he can be a little unaware of his size and might accidentally knock over very small children in his playful enthusiasm. He also tends to get carsick, but as long as he doesn’t eat right before a ride, he does just fine. If you’re looking for a devoted, joyful, and slightly goofy companion who will make you smile every day, Droup could be your perfect match.
