UPDATE: Fancy was one of the lucky ones who ended up in our PA prison dog program, DAWGS Prison Programs (https://www.facebook.com/D.A.W.G.S.dogsachievingwellnessandgoodstructure/) Thanks to this wonderful program, Fancy was finally able to get a home of her own!
