Gojira: From Survival to Smiles
When we found Gojira, he was fighting for his life—literally. Trapped in an abandoned car, he and another dog were battling over scraps of food that had been tossed through the window, their only chance at survival. He was covered in fresh bite wounds, exhausted, and panting, desperately trying to catch a breeze from the small crack in the window.
At first, Gojira wasn’t sure if he could trust us. And who could blame him? But over time, he’s shown us that beneath the scars of his past is a sweet, energetic, attention-loving boy who just wants a chance to be happy.
On outings, he’s known for his signature move—pancaking onto the ground, stretching his legs out like a frog, and flashing the biggest, goofiest grin you’ve ever seen.
We’re still learning more about Gojira and what kind of home will suit him best, but one thing is for sure—he deserves a life filled with love, safety, and belly rubs, not battles for survival.
