She is our tiniest resident. All 30ish lbs of her! And with her being so small, the question will always remain…how could anyone be so cruel to this little dog?
When we got the call from one of our local gas stations, we were told that a group of kids were kicking and throwing things at a “little Pit Bull in the parking lot.” One of our VRC employees rushed to the scene just in time to see her cowering and looking for anyone to help her. Our employee quickly scooped her up and let her know that she was now safe.
Named after the cartoon hero, she has blossomed into a brave little girl, although at times can be a little shy. I mean, can you blame her? But it doesn’t take but a minute for her to warm up and run up to everyone and shower them with hugs and kisses. So here is what “KP” will need in the way of the right home to fit her needs.
First and foremost, she needs to be the only fur face in the home. Although she is polite with other dogs when out and about, she can be a little spicy when other dogs get too rambunctious with her. So we have to insist that there are no other dogs or cats in the home. But on a good note, KP is good with kids (around 10 years and up) but she is spunky and likes to run around and play. So I think she would be a little too much for smaller children although she would love to play with them, I just don’t think that they would have as much fun as she. When KP gets the zoomies, you’d better run! Ha!
KP is perfectly crate-trained and LOVES to go for car rides. She is the ultimate road dog!
Kim Possible is so fun to have around (she lives with me/Tia Torres), and I still can’t believe no one has applied to adopt her. Doesn’t anyone want a little pooch that you can practically carry in a purse?
