🌙 Meet Lainey – the Magical Soul Who Loves Deeply
Lainey is a 3-year-old Dutch Shepherd mix with the sweetest, most timid soul. She may be shy in new situations and takes her time to adjust, but once she lets you in… you’re in for some intense, genuine, unconditional, lifelong love.
Lainey is incredibly loyal to the ones she loves. She’s a total cuddle bug and wants nothing more than to be by her human’s side, soaking up comfort and security.
Right now, Lainey isn’t quite sure about other dogs and would do best as the only pet while she continues to build her confidence. She’s starting to show little signs that she may one day enjoy a doggy friend, so we’re still evaluating if she could live with another pet in the future.
Lainey will need a home with older children who can respect a dog’s boundaries and give her the space and patience she needs to feel safe. Once she realizes she’s truly home, she will absolutely blossom.
She is nervous around vehicles, and while we don’t know exactly what she went through before coming to us, we are committed to showing her that there is no more darkness in her future — only kindness, safety, and love.
Lainey is a magical girl with so much love to give. She just needs a family willing to put in the time, patience, and heart to earn her trust — and when you do, you’ll have a loyal companion for life. 💛🐾
