Life was not always good for this regal man. Living on a chain for years, he did not even know what a human touch felt like. Thankfully the great folks at the St. Landry Parish Animal Shelter (in Opelousas, Louisiana) were able to rescue him (although he wouldn’t let them touch him thus having to use the catch pole) and bring him to us.
He is now coming out of his shell and trying to learn how to play. He loves toys of all types but still is untrusting of humans. Unfortunately, due to his leary outlook on mankind, he will have to remain with us forever but something tells me…that will suit him just fine.
